Stars of the Week!

Congratulations to our Star Students this week!  Both Reece and Vance worked very hard this week and earned the Star Student title!  Way to go and keep up the great work!

Way to go Karah!

I love to see Goodman and Gibbon Apes making awesome choices and thinking of others!  Karah cut off her beautiful hair over break to donate it to a great cause (and she still has beautiful hair).  Just the thought that a girl somewhere will not have to stress or worry about how she looks because of Karah's kindness warms my heart.  She allowed someone to keep their chin up and fight whatever battle she may be fighting and feel comfortable doing it!  I am so proud of Karah for thinking of others, Karah you are a beautiful person inside and out!

What is a galaxy?

We spent the day researching our galaxy "The Milky Way" and creating a presentation to explain what we know about galaxies!  We had a lot of fun and actually learned some pretty interesting facts!

Winter Break and December Luncheon!

We had such a great week to end our calendar year!  Mrs. Peck and Mr. Peck came to visit and help us have fun building gingerbread houses and we all had our pizza lunch!  The fun continued with our annual pickle swap!  I am so excited to keep our fun going in the New Year, can't wait to see you all back to school tomorrow!  We are almost half way done with our year, I can't believe it!  Congrats to Karah and Colin for earning the title of Star Student as well!
