Weathering and Erosion!

How does weathering and erosion affect the Earth's surface?  We had a chance to pretend we were sand striking rocks to see what would happen to our sugar cube rocks!  We were able to see the changes we made to our sugar cube when we simply shook the cube in sand.

Star Student and February Luncheon!

We were so excited to give our STAR Student title to Gabe and Zoe this week!  They have both been working so hard and deserve the title!  I also realized I did not post my pictures from our last luncheon!  I wanted to celebrate the STAR Students and the others who handled their business and made the February luncheon!

STAR Students!

Our STAR Students for last week were announced today!  Congrats to Donald and Villa!  They both keep away from the drama and stay focused on their work!  Keep it up guys!

Welcome Sakura!

We had an exciting day today!  We were so happy to meet our newest Gibbons/Goodman Ape!  All of the Apes were very excited to get to know Sakura during recess.  We are so happy to have you!
